  Have shopped here for more years than I can remember, mainly because of price & location. However since the store has been 'revamped' it's shelving, stock & general everything is nowhere near as it used to be, I find myself now having to visit other competitors to buy things this store now doesn't!

  I visited your store yesterday for the second time, having been a dedicated Tesco customer. My first visit was ok but yesterday it was disappointing when I reached the checkout. In Tesco I am always asked if I should like help with packing my bags, if the goods are piling up because the scanning is faster than my packing, they slow down or pause, I am spoken to politely throughout and thanked at the end. At your checkout I was greeted with stony silence and a sour face, no offer of help was made and the goods were scanned so fast I couldn't possibly keep up and all my goods were in a heap. At last, your employee spoke: "Have you got a store card lady?" ( I am not used to being addressed as "Lady"!) I was told what my bill was and I paid and left. Not sure I will be returning.
